All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on hotwifelabs.com were eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time the depiction was created.
Hotwife Labs requires every person depicted in user-submitted content to complete a consent and age-attestation process before such content may be uploaded, stored, or used for generation. Hotwife Labs maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any depiction of minors and employs automated screening of uploaded media. Suspected child sexual abuse material is removed immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. §2258A.
With respect to visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct for which records are required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the records required by law are kept by the Custodian of Records identified below. With respect to user-submitted content, the users who produce and upload such content are the primary producers of that content, and Hotwife Labs's operations with respect to such content are limited to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of depictions posted by users, in the manner described in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4).
