Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Hotwife Labs ("we," "us," "the Service"), operator of hotwifelabs.com. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our consent-first content rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adults only

The Service is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to create an account or access any part of the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. Where required by law, access is additionally conditioned on completing age verification. We terminate accounts of underage users immediately and without refund.

2. What the Service is

Hotwife Labs is a private, AI-assisted creative studio for consenting adult couples. It generates captioned photos, narrated stories, and short video clips from media you upload and preferences you select. Generated content is fictional, produced by automated systems, and intended for your private use.

3. Consent is a condition of use

This is the core rule of the Service, and it is not negotiable:

Every person who appears in content you upload must be a verified adult who has given informed consent through the Service's consent workflow before any content featuring them is uploaded or generated.
You may only upload media depicting yourself and/or a partner who has completed a consent record. Uploading media of any other person — including exes, acquaintances, public figures, or strangers — is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
Voice cloning requires recorded consent from the voice's owner, captured during clone setup and stored with the clone.
Consent is revocable. Any depicted person may withdraw consent at any time, which removes their associated media and disables further generation featuring them.

You represent and warrant that all consent you provide or record is genuine, informed, and given by the actual person depicted. Falsifying consent is a material breach of these Terms and may violate criminal law, including the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act and state laws on non-consensual intimate imagery.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to create, upload, request, or share:

Any content involving minors, or content that depicts, references, or is styled to suggest a person under 18. Zero tolerance; we scan uploads, remove content, terminate accounts, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.
Content depicting any real person who has not completed the consent workflow.
Non-consensual themes presented as real, content depicting coercion of unwilling participants, bestiality, incest, or necrophilia.
Content that is illegal where you live or where we operate.

You also must not: resell or publicly redistribute the Service; attempt to bypass technical or billing controls; probe or attack our infrastructure; use the Service to harass, extort, or defame anyone; or scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Use a strong, unique password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts showing signs of compromise.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually through our third-party payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout. Charges appear under a discreet billing descriptor.
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds except where required by law.
Video render allowances reset each calendar month and do not roll over. Credit top-ups are consumed before expiring at account closure.
We may change pricing with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

7. Your content and licenses

You retain ownership of media you upload and content you generate. You grant us a limited, revocable license to host, process, and transform your media solely to operate the Service (storage, generation, playback, delivery to you). We do not publish your content, do not share it with other users, and do not use your content to train AI models.

You are solely responsible for what you do with generated content outside the Service, including compliance with the consent expectations and laws of any platform where you share it.

8. AI-generated content

Generated captions, stories, audio, and video are produced by automated systems seeded by your selections. Outputs are fictional, may be inaccurate or unexpected, and are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before any use outside the Service.

9. Deletion

Panic Delete permanently and irreversibly removes your account, media, consent records, voice clones, stories, and videos from our systems. We may retain minimal transactional records (e.g., billing history) where legally required, and records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 for their statutory retention period.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or risk to other users or the platform — immediately and without refund in cases involving Section 3 or 4 violations. You may close your account at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, falsified consent, or your use of generated content outside the Service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE — e.g., California], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
